| The tool equipped with these plates due to higher thermal and wearing endurance makes possible using higher cutting velocity. Plates have a slight trend to be wrapped with the processed material, but have a good abrasion-resistance and wearing endurance.

| According to these tables one can see the comparative characteristics of "Bichromit-R" with other forms of plates during the processing of average hardness steels, and the significant advantage in steel processing at high cutting velocity, providing a high processing surface cleanness.
Cutting plates are made in unreface plate form and have a shape and sizes according to the All- Union State Standards. Mounting method is mechanical, without holes. The plates can be produced according to the orderer's shape and sizes. | Conditions recommended for different materials cutting with the help of cutting plates made of "Bichromit-R" at: 1. Steel processing: - High-speed finishing, half-finishing, discrete turning of hardened chemically processed carbon alloyed stainless steels HRC 60-64.
Cutting conditions: V=100-200 m/min, t=0,1-1 mm, s=0,07-0,11 mm/turn; - Ultraspeed steel turning HRC 50-54.
- Cutting conditions:
V=100-600 m/min, t=0,2-1,5 mm, s=0,07-0,11 mm/turn;
- Roughing steel processing;
- Finishing hardened steel processing Ra 0,63-0,7;
2. Cast iron processing including high-tensile white ones: - finishing processing.

- V=300-800 m/min, t=0,2-0,4 mm, s=0,07-0,11 mm/turn;
- roughing processing.
- Cutting conditions:
- V=120-250 m/min, t=1-3 mm, s=0,2-0,5 mm/turn;
3. Surfacing processing (wire ÏÏ-ÀÍ-100): - finishing.

- V=80-120 m/min, t=0,2-0,6 mm, s= 0,11 mm/turn;
